Please note that front desk at Houze Hostel-MRT Songjiang Nanjing is only open from 08:00 to 22:00 daily. Guests who arrive later than 22:00 can be arranged for self-check-in with first-night prepayment. Any late arrival without early notice will be regarded as no show and charge with first-night room fee.

Guests are not allowed to eat in the guest rooms. Non-registered guests, including visitors, are not allowed to stay in the guest rooms. Each room has its maximum number of staying guests. Any extra guest will be charged with an additional fee.

All rooms are underground and non-smoking.

Toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are offered for free. Please bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. Facilities include hairdryer and coin-oped washer and dryer.

Luggage storage is free until the check-out night. Receiving and holding mail/packages is free within 3 days before guest's arrival. Airport pick-up service is TWD 1200 less than 4-persons' basis.

Please keep your room card, in case any loss, you will need to pay TWD 500.
